Not working: A/C blows but not cold, wipers, driver rear electric window. Tailgate key unlock as I couldn’t use the key to drop the tailgate or window.

The window exterior seals have dry rot and are cracked. There is some rust. Passenger front floorboard has a rust spot that can be cleaned up but no holes. See pics for other minor spots. Frame only has minor surface rust, no sever flakes or wastage.
